Return and Refund Policy

At Voxero LLC, we want you to have a positive shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us so we can help.

Returns

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The item should include its original packaging, where applicable.
You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.
You must contact us and receive return instructions before sending an item back.

To request a return, email voxeroin@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

Please do not send products to the business address listed below unless we have confirmed that this is the correct return address.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. Photos of the packaging may also be helpful.

After reviewing your request, Voxero LLC will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Voxero LLC will provide appropriate instructions regarding return shipping and any applicable costs.

Refunds

After a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

Any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation before your order has been processed for fulfillment or shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at voxeroin@gmail.com.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. You may still request a return in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return where permitted by law, including:

Personalized or customized products.
Products clearly marked as final sale before purchase.
Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery for reasons not attributable to the product being defective or incorrect.
