Voxero LLC works with third-party fulfillment and shipping partners to deliver orders to our customers.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing may take longer during holidays, promotional periods, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders shipped within the United States generally arrive within:

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of shipping carriers, weather, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to become active.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to update it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after processing has begun.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier.

Multiple Shipments
